HOME CARE RENTALS
The vision for Life Enhancements Home Health Care is always to provide comfortable and affordable home health care. This includes equipment and tools needed to provide such care and services.
Hospital Bed Pricing:
Rentals include:
Standard size: wk: $75 mth: $150
*One Time Matress Cover Fee: $20
*Additional covers may be purchased if needed
- Delivery and Set Up Fee: $100
- Sercuity Deposit: $100
- Mileage: $0.50/mile (after 15 miles from location)
Booking Policies:
- A sercuity deposit is required upon booking. All sercuity deposit will be returned if there is no damage made to the rented property.
- A debit/ credit card must be kept on file.
- If rental is cancelled prior to contract agreement the deposit will be non-refundable.
- A delivery and set up fee will be charged prior to delivery which could also include a mileage fee of 0.50 per mile after 15 miles from storage location. (contact us for details)
- The purchase of mattress covers are required
